My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is excellent, with good parking facilities, but the rooms are a bit dated for a 5-star hotel. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, even though the management seemed lacking. The dining experience offered good Western and African food options, but some meals felt like leftovers. Overall, the hotel has potential with some areas needing improvement.

After being moved to a better room, the new one was clean and comfortable, unlike the first one with a non-flushing toilet and stained sheets. The old toilets were also a downside.

The hotel rooms were very nice and just what I wanted, but they need serious maintenance, especially in the bathroom sink. Despite starting early at 8 am, my stay was comfortable. The service was incredible, particularly from Felicia, who provided outstanding customer support even after multiple reminders. The location was nice, with plenty of secure parking and met my needs perfectly in the central CBD area. The dining experience was really well put together but slightly highly priced for the current Zim climate. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel location is excellent, with a nice view of the city at night. The rooms were good once I got what I originally booked, but there were some issues with the smoke smell and tiles. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The dining experience was very good with a range of Western and African foods, but the prices were a bit high. The hotel facilities were just fine, offering everything you might need.
